I finally got my first bill from AT&T in a cardboard box containing 300 pages of it. Apparently, they give you a detail transaction of every text message sent and received. Completely unnecessary.
What she doesn’t note in that blurb is that every line is for $0.00. They are detailing everything, call text message, bringing up the browser, the iphone checking for email, all that until they ended up with a small book. And she isn’t the only one, just the funniest one.
Yes she could of gone with e-billing, yes she can turn off detailed billing. But they should of just assumed you won’t want detailed data if you are paying unlimited. Or provided a simplified bill, and the ability to download a detailed bill online.
