This is just a test of the Post plug-in. The actual design was straight forward. I designed it all in Illustrator, but if you want to know more, then just ask in comments.
Yes the picture is blurry, its from my cell phone.
My son wanted some play money to play with, and I remembered that I had vector templates for monopoly money. So I edited them a bit, and created 1 Joseph Buck bills. So now I have to decide whether to take this to the next step and make them look good with a “wood carving” version of my sons head and relative print.

How did you make the monopoly money with your son’s picture printed on them. My mom is making a game for our family for Christmas, and wants to put a different grandchild on the different dollar amounts of money. Can you help?
What I did was go to Hasbro’s website a long while ago and download some templates they had at the time to print monopoly money. Then I took a couple hours cleaning up a picture dropped the photo into the cleaned artwork, laid it out, and printed some for my son.

As for what program I used? the files are corel draw PDFs, so I just opened them in Illustrator to do the editing.
If you want custom money and don’t have Illustrator what you can do is use something like Microsoft Publisher, do a search for certificate borders or something like that… and put it together that way. Use might be able to use the Gift Certificate template to get started.

I notice this post is really old but maybe you are still able to share your illustrator file? I’m making a custom monopoly for a christmas gift and this would really make things awesome.
I guess I am in the same boat here. I’m looking for the monopoly template as an incentive for my kids to keep their rooms tidy and such. Can you please send or share the file? Hasbro’s site has changed and I can’t seem to find the template there.
I agree, the Hasbro site no longer allows you to download the money. Can you please email me a hi-res pdf of the money? I’d appreciate it deeply!!!!!!!!
