Storm drain takes out car

I’ve seen storm drains get over flowed and cause flooded zones. And sometimes in those cases I’ve seen the sewer cover get floated off. But to be thrown intot eh air and take out a car? The person is lucky they didn’t get killed.

Also the people are jerks for not stopping and helping.
