Karen a friend passed this on to me. It gets cold and it does rain, but generally here in Napa if it rains it warms up. And if it is a cold rain, it never gets freezing and rain at the same time… it would start snowing on the hills then. It has only done that every decade of so.
We had freezing rain overnight. The photos are of the bushes by our front sidewalk. I drove the older two to school this morning. The main roads are sanded & melting, but side roads and driveways are thick with ice!
These are some really nice pictures… but I sure wouldn’t want to live there. There being Sioux Falls, South Dakota…
