I was just noticing that Bad Behavior has blocked 1250 access attempts in the last 7 days. That’s a lot of spamming attempts. I mean that even count the ones that Akismet has caught, which is 2,611 spam. Though looking at the balances, I’ve got to wonder if Bad Behavior is blocking more then spammers.
What’s all this got to do with the price of beans in China? Not much, except here I was watching Operation Petticoat and I decided to check the status of the blog. The amount of comment spam that it’s been getting lately just surprised me.
BTW this copy of Operation Petticoat is amazing. It’s clear enough to be off brand new film. I’m used to “digitally restored” old films still having either color issues, spotting or something. This didn’t, and I forgot how good the movie was. It’s entertaining, and a good one.
