When I first saw this, my first thought was that Chris had been playing again. But no this is someone elses very hard work. It’s not quite a rocket launcher… but sentry style object tosser… I’ll go for that. Too bad since rocket sounds cooler.
The guys site has many other projects (but not this one) explained… perhaps later he’ll have a tutorial. Edit: Or I could of looked farther.
