Stealth Clock Camera Connects Over Powerlines
The $329.99 LukWerks Spy Camera has got to be the SNEAKIEST SPY GADGET YET It’s built into a standard-looking alarm clock, and has a motion-detector. Here’s the unique part: It connects to your PC over your home powerline through the alarm clock’s plug. I’m sure there are legitimate, ethical uses for an undetectable bedroom spy camera. It’s just that I can’t think of any. (props to Gizmodo)
OK… in some ways I really think this is cool, in other ways… I bet perverts would love this. I’m curious if the tech would allow someone outside the house/breaker to view the pictures… and if so, anyone in the world? If it was a normal camera it’d be cool… plug it in anywhere and only worry about one cord, and at that just a power cord. But as an alarm clock. I wonder when the first Paris Hilton does it in front of it will be coming out.

For those who love secretive surveillance, spy cameras are readily available at both local and online stores. Covert or hidden spy cameras are used for many purposes: to prevent theft and to watch employees or babysitters to name a few. It gives a battery reading right on the main page of the software program that runs the spy cameras and allows for the user to prevent camera downtime when not expected.
