Covertly taken footage of a FEMA camp under construction. Also featuring Black Helicopters and trains.
Ok… this is some weird footage. We’ve got barbed wire facing inwards, one way gates, and plenty of secuirty/surveillance.Not sure why they are being built… but some others in the Digg thread have commented that they’ve seen other camps like this built. And why is FEMA building camps?

This is updated video of the Beech Grove FEMA camp. It picks up at the watch tower where the original footage leaves off. If you have seen it watch it first.
The security to this place is still very tight. At 1:40 we stop the car as the driver points out a security guard in a golf cart type vehicle. You can see it at 1:55, he parks at an angle to watch us. Didnt want to record his face and loose my video so I didnt focus in on him. Once I turn away from him I notice a big white truck coming in to check us out, so we decided to just keep going. On our 3rd pass you can read the sign we drove by, it can be seen clearly at 5:00. The reason I there is also a lot of sky in the video is because I wanted to catch some chemtrails as well. I wanted it to be shot all in 1 long take so it didnt appear edited. Also toward the end you will see 2 red trucks pointed out. Im pretty sure they were going to a concrete company on the other side of the north fence.
