I am not suprised at this compiled list. Mesothelioma lawsuits are very popular now and generally do not go to trial if the company accused of malfeasance has already admitted some guilt in using asbestos-related chemicals in their manufacturing cycle or had a business in buildings which were laden with asbestos and housed the infected client. I have begun to build a blog in which people can share information on this deadly form of cancer and hope to help get the word out about Mesothelioma. It is not just about being “greedy”, it is about informing those who were infected with this form of cancer and were unaware of the danger they were placed in by their employers.
