There are many ways to watch TV online, but one way I ran acrossed that is pretty easy way to do it is http://peekvid.com/.
They have a decent selection of shows available, both old and new. Plus the quality aren’t all the bad.
Peekvid uses a flash player which I’m assuming everyone has (most the videos on this site use flash). When you select a show it pops up a flash window to watch it…. one nice thing though, is that the indow isn’t a locked size so if you don’t mind blurriness/artifacting then you can make it as large as you want.
