Wow, this was a hard decision to make. There were so many good offers for the recording contract. I thought long and hard, weighed the odds, and made my decision. Jody gets the recording contract – I get one year in Phoenix. I hope the recording contract can help Jody get her singing career underway – who knows, maybe one day she’ll even record with Lionel Ritchie!

Live right in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Short walk to Roosevelt Arts District, Major Arts and Entertainment Facilities, Sports Arenas, ASU Downtown Campus, the Capitol, etc. 1BR, 1Bath, historic bungalow style duplex with 9 foot ceilings, oak floors, living room with fireplace, separate dining room, new kitchen, laundry room. 700 square feet. I can throw in four third-row tickets to an AZ Diamondbacks game, which is walking distance to the recipients new home.

I ran acrossed this guy a couple times (not literally) and I was shocked then what he had gotten too (a snowmobile) from starting with just a cheesy red paper clip. This guy wants to see how far he can take it, and at the rate he’s going, he’ll soon have a house… I’m sure.
