Interesting Fox News Report showing both CGI version and real life tests of the system on a tank (or test platform). To be battle tested in Iraq. Even if only useful against missles it’ll save a number of lives.

Can you say “Phalanx”?
Phalanax works the same. But this must work a bit different in that they can attach it to a variety of platforms including ones in which weight is an issue. I doubt something that fires thousands of bullets would be able to be installed on all the vehicles they have planned.
