This blog is written by a Windows veteran, a Mac newbie, describing his switch to Mac from Windows. It’s both slightly technical and very technical, ranging from IM clients to setting up PHP/MySQL.
Worth a read, especially for people considering a switch. Also a frank look at teh expectations, and discovering of biased that you expect in Windows…. also be in other operating systems like OSX. Expecting the same issues. His blog seems a series of posts of why doesn’t “_____” work, and a series of answers on hwo to do it, plus a lot of investigation on his own and how he did something.
All in all a very intersting read and if you want a what should I expect as a LONG TIME windows user. a great read.
