First it was the old Saturday Night Skit with Christopher Walken that had him portraying Bruce Dickenson advising the Blue Oyster Cult about their song “Don’t Fear the Reaper.” That skit was a great hit with many a memorable quote and even a wiki reference. Link to Original Skit here.
Then a while later Queens of the Stone Age starts playing a song (the where the musical Guest) and Will Farrell came out in costume to reprise the role.
Finally much later someone took sound bites of the skit and made a sound board so you can reproduce it to your hearts desire. In both Flash and Apple Quictime.
Great for a laugh and if you don’t get it, then you “need more cowbell.”
