I remember seeing an old Universal Cartoon with a rabbit, but I always assumed it was a clone of Warner Brothers Bugs Bunny. I had not realized it was Disneys Charecter that he had made before Mickey Mouse (and had done 26 Cartoons with).
“When Bob was named CEO, he told me he wanted to bring Oswald back to Disney, and I appreciate that he is a man of his word,” said Diane Disney Miller, Walt Disney’s daughter, in a statement. “Having Oswald around again is going to be a lot of fun.”
The weird part of the whole deal was that they got control of Oswald back from Universal (NBC) by trading them a sportcaster Al Michaels… that part has me shaking my head.
