LIVERMORE, California (AP) — Officials at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory have added a new weapon to their armory: a high-powered machine gun that can fire more than 50 rounds per second.
I assume that to protect what little radioactive material, and more importantly the information on hwo it reacts and such is a little safer. From this article they don’t say much other then a few emplaced guns and on vehicles. The vehicles must be rapid action teams… I’d hate to be the terrorist group that decided to strike there.
