During the weekend of Jan. 27 and 28, more than 20 Napa merchants — including shops, galleries, restaurants, cafes, hotels, B & Bs and cultural attractions — will offer visitors an enticing variety of special packages and unique dining and cultural experiences. The weekend of festivity is a way to let visitors see that Napa has fully rebounded from the flood, and to finally ring in 2006.
