and then the very next story was again a story about a coffee shop getting sued by Starbucks. Last time it was SamBucks (Samanth Buck’s Coffee Shop) that was forced to change her name.
Now it is Charbucks a brand of coffee sold by a restraunt for years that has been in litigation… for almost a decade. They actually won. First one I’ve heard of.
